Once again the Petal People delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I've used their service for the last decade and never once have I been disappointed, nor have the recipients of the flowers. The flowers are always beautifully arranged and they last longer than any florist I've ever used in the past. I'm a satisfied customer and will continue to use the Petal People for all of my flower needs!

Dian and Team are terrific! I had ordered the Pretty in Purple arrangement for my daughter's birthday. The bouquet she received was just as pretty; however, had little purple in it. Although I was somewhat disappointed, my daughter was thrilled with the arrangement and received many compliments. Had I not been expecting purple, I would not have been disappointed - and a simple phone call to let me know the colors would be different, would have resolved the issue. Having said that, Dian offered to deliver another arrangement - in purple. Which was an extremely nice gesture and much appreciated - but not necessary as my daughter was so pleased with the arrangement she received. Thank you, Dian and Team for such great customer service.....especially in a time when it seems the customer doesn't always come first.
